Chloe found Yoga during a very difficult time in her life, she found it to be a way to give some time back to herself and to help heal her soul. Chloe started to take her yoga practice seriously in 2015 and very quickly realised the healing powers of yoga, both physically and mentally.

After 4 stressful years of working in the veterinary profession, she decided to follow her dreams and become a full time yoga teacher. She did her 200 hours with fringe.yoga, spending her first week of intensive training in Morocco.

Chloe teachers vinyasa flow following the fringe.yoga method which works with the elements and corresponding chakras. Her classes are open to all levels, regardless of whether you’re a beginner or a veteran on your mat, there will be something for you.

Chloe truly believes yoga is for everyone and ensures that her classes offer a safe yet fun environment to breathe, feel, move, be still and come back home to yourself.

Jen Woolridge

I came to Pilates after suffering from a herniated disc over 10 years ago. I toyed with classical and the not so classical approach to Pilates for years - from right back to the basics of the fundamentals of Pilates to a more cardio/yoga inspired type of class. When I moved to Toronto in the Summer of 2016 I hit the studios hard & started practicing 5/6 times a week sometimes twice a day because I loved the studio and style of teaching so much. My friend asked me if I had thought about doing my training... fast forward to last year and completing my Stott Pilates teacher training in Brighton!

I really am a firm believe in that Pilates is for everyone and anyone - it can teach you so much about your mind, body and soul! I like to think the spiritual side of movement isn't just saved for yoga. Come to my class for an hour of movement, fun and a great playlist! I think the playlist is such an important part of the class! I love feedback and want to cater to you - it's a two way street so don't be afraid to let me know what you want to see in classes too! I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Sarah Walden
Sarah had an on and off love affair with Yoga for over 20 years. Originally a fitness Instructor and personal trainer she came to yoga at first purely for the physical. Then throughout a very challenging time in her life she started to practice more regularly and found the benefits of the mind, body and spirit connection truly lifesaving.
This lead her on her path of training and self-discovery. Having completed a Yoga foundation course with Tri-yoga, Sarah went onto her 18-month teacher training course with the respected Yoga Campus in London. Whilst on the course she also completed additional training on “How to rebuild after Injury with Yoga” run by the physiotherapist and Yoga teacher Julie Gudmestad and Yoga for Scoliosis with Adelene Cheong. Sarah teaches Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga classes for all levels, focusing on key alignment, strength building and hopes to encourage students to experience the healing benefits of yoga for themselves.
